  • Your mobile phone does not have QR Code recognition function. Please print the voucher or install QR Code in advance.

  • You can use the eSIM immediately after installation. Installation requires a Wi-Fi or wireless network connection. Install before your departure or use free airport Wi-Fi.

  • The eSIM can be used immediately after installation. After checking the expiration date, register the eSIM on the expiration date.

  • Valid for use within 90day(s) from the date of issue; Invalid after expiration

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
