- Senior citizens above 65 years old are also not recommended to join this tour
- If you request Japanese-speaking tour guide, an additional fee of RM300 applies, fees to be paid on-site, directly to your tour guide. Please inform us 8 - 14 days before your departure
- During Chinese New Year there may be a shortage of Chinese-speaking tour guides, please contact KKday Customer Service if needed
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

Please note that all snorkeling equipment provided (mask and breathing tube) are one-size for adults, prescription swimming goggles are not available; for children age 12 and under, it is recommended to bring your own equipment
