Reminders
A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
This registration form will only become effective after the order is confirmed, and it will be deemed as the signing of the finalized domestic tourism contract by the Tourism Bureau. Passengers are kindly requested to refer to the content of the contract.
2 days before departure, a pre-departure notification message will be sent to the orderer before 18:00, please pay more attention.
Passengers who need to take motion sickness medicine should take it 60 minutes before boarding the bus. No medicine is provided for this itinerary.
The seats of the tour bus are arranged according to the number of the passenger's registration order. If the passenger needs to adjust the seat, please coordinate with the passengers on the same car to change seats on the day of departure.
Please gather on time within the specified time. If passengers leave the team privately or fail to gather during the itinerary due to personal reasons, the company will not refund the fee.
This itinerary includes a simple light meal. It is recommended that you bring more biscuit rations for emergencies. To protect the mountains and forests, please take the garbage down the mountain and do not throw it away at will.
Please bring your personal health insurance card, personal regular medicines, mobile phones, cameras, pocket money for personal expenses, insect and mosquito repellent, sunscreen, rain gear or light raincoat and other travel necessities.
Please keep your mobile phone unblocked to ensure that the car tour guide can contact you, and be sure to follow the guide's instructions, and do not leave the team without authorization.
Crowd control is implemented on the Shanyue Suspension Bridge. If the number of people is full during that time period, you may have to wait in line to enter, or adjust the order of attractions on the day. Please be informed by the tour guide on the day.
After entering Taroko National Park, please cooperate with the instructions of the tour guide or on-site staff, and pay attention to falling rocks and your footsteps.
The driver guide service fee is NT$ 150 per person, please pay on the spot on the day of departure.
The driving time stated in the above itinerary is for reference only, and the sequence of the itinerary will be changed depending on the situation due to factors such as road conditions or a large number of tourists.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 31 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
