What You Can Expect

Purchase Notice
- Please select your preferred pickup point when booking, and arrive promptly at the location on the day of the tour
- Travelers are required to carry their passports at all times, failure to do so will be deemed as a no-show, and refunds will not be granted
- The activity is only available to travelers aged 18 and over
- For participants weighing over 90 kg (200 lb), a surcharge of US$2 per exceeding pound will apply. The actual amount of surcharge is subject to change, fees to be paid on-site directly to the local agency. Travelers weighing over 109 kg (240 lb) are not allowed to participate
- Travelers are recommended to purchase their own insurance as this is a high-risk activity
- All participants must sign the liability agreement in advance. If you are under any medication, please consult your physician before booking
- Please wear shoes appropriate for skydiving. Failure to do so will result in participation decline
- You must not take part in any scuba-diving activities 24 hours prior to the skydiving activity
- For group orders, participants might be separated into different small groups. Please follow on-site staff instructions at all times

Reminders
Travelers are recommended to prepare their own lunch and water.
Skydiving time is dependent on weather on the day of the tour. Please avoid arranging other activities on the same day. If the weather permits, the tour will end in 2 to 4 hrs. If the weather is adverse, please follow instructions from the on-site staff at all times and wait for the weather to turn good. Please cooperate patiently to avoid any accidents. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling or full refunds will be granted.
For safety reasons, travelers must provide their weight info when booking, travelers who fail to do so will not be allowed to board the airplane and refunds will not be offered.
All travelers must sign the liability agreement in advance and agree to all the terms and conditions. If the agreement is unsigned or the traveler does not meet any of the set requirement, the traveler will not be allowed to participate in this tour and refunds will not be granted.

- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
