Please contact local agency before 8:00 pm one day prior to departure to confirm itinerary and driver’s contact info. Please make sure that you are reachable as refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to incorrect or incomplete contact information
Pets are not allowed while in the vehicle
Please note that certain behaviors should be avoided on the vehicle as they may inconvenience other travelers. These include eating, drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, kicking the back of the driver’s seat, spitting out the window, or littering. A sickness bag is available; please ask the driver for one if needed. Any damages caused in the car will incur a compensation fee
If travelers' booking information does not align with the information provided on-site, the supplier reserves the right to refuse service
If there will be additional charges for pick-up at Kaohsiung Xiaogang Airport, please consult KKday first and provide your flight number and arrival date
In compliance with Taiwanese laws, children under 4 years old must use a car seat, while children aged 4 to 12 are recommended to use a booster seat. Please provide your children's date of birth, height, and weight in the "Note" section when booking. The first car seat is free of charge, and a fee of NTD300/seat is required for the second (and subsequent) car seat, payable on-site

If you plan to bring luggage, please indicate the size and number of pieces (luggage is defined as baggage over 18 inches) in the "Note" section when booking
The one-way pick-up waiting time is ten minutes. If the waiting time exceeds this, extra charges will apply: NTD300 for a five-passenger car within one hour; NTD500 for an eight-passenger car within one hour, and so on. Please pay on-site
Service during 10:00 pm–7:30 am will incur a nighttime surcharge of NTD600, to be paid to the driver in cash
Any incurred fees not included in the service will be paid by the customer
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
