How to use the tickets

Tokyo Subway Ticket

  • When redeeming your ticket, you will need the QR code voucher sent after booking. Please prepare a mobile device screen that can display the QR code or print out the voucher in advance and bring it with you for redemption.
  • Please note that tickets cannot be redeemed separately. Even if you purchase multiple tickets at once, only one QR code will be issued. When redeeming tickets at the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, you will be able to redeem all valid tickets at once using the QR code.
  • If the Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes demagnetized, it may not be usable at automatic ticket gates, etc. Therefore, please do not place it near items with strong magnetic properties (smartphones, electronic devices, magnetic wallets, etc.).
