【Group Formation Imminent】Plan: After placing an order, a second confirmation is required to confirm whether the group can be formed. The final confirmation from the supplier shall prevail. If the group cannot be formed, our company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.

[Completed Tour] means that the tour has reserved seats for the specified departure date or has sufficient participants. However, departure may be subject to other factors and the company reserves the right of final decision.

You must provide the correct name, travel document number and expiration date as shown on your travel document. Please also verify the participant's name and ID information on the receipt. The company is not responsible for any additional costs and liabilities arising from incorrect names. All related costs and liabilities shall be borne by the customer.

The tour fee does not include service fees (including local guides, tour bus drivers and travel agency staff). Each member needs to pay a service fee of HK$80 per person per day from July to August (HK$240 per person for the whole tour); and HK$90 per person per day from September 1st onwards (HK$270 per person for the whole tour). The price is the same regardless of age and will be collected from tour members before the end of the tour.

The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.

Room type description: King room (1 king bed) / Twin room (2 single beds), subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

There will be no tour leader from Hong Kong. We will inform you of the meeting time, location, contact information of the local tour guide or relevant personnel by SMS or special person before 5pm on the working day before departure.

To protect the health and safety of group members, if you have any discomfort symptoms (such as fever, cold, cough, etc.), you will be refused to travel with the group and no refund will be given.

Some facilities and activities in the scenic area may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.

Country parks, coastal parks and special areas no longer have rubbish bins or recycling bins. Please practice waste reduction at source and take your own rubbish away.

Guests are requested to bring their own gear for both sunny and rainy days, sun protection equipment, light clothing, and their own water bottles and drinking water. They are also advised to be vigilant and pay attention to safety.

Please consider your personal physical condition and follow the instructions of the tour leader on the day.

Requests for double/twin rooms or other special requests are subject to the hotel's arrangements on the day and are not guaranteed.

In case of weather or other factors, the itinerary may be changed or cancelled, and the tour time may be shortened. The company reserves the right to make all decisions.

If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, is hoisted 2 hours before the departure time, or if such a signal is forecast to be hoisted within the next 2 hours, the tour will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please note that no refunds will be given for any failure to depart.

Tour fees are subject to change at the time of registration without prior notice.

Hong Kong's Travel Industry Authority (TIA) recommends that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final interpretation of the itinerary.

Friendly Reminder: 【Yingxiang Water Park】is part of 【Yingxiang Heartbeat Park】 and is only open during the designated period (tentatively May-September). The park will not be notified of early closures or delayed openings due to maintenance or weather conditions; please refer to the park's official announcements for the most up-to-date information. If you wish to use the water park, please bring your own swimming gear and personal items (such as swimsuits/swim trunks/swim caps/slippers/towels, etc.).
