※0-4 years old are not allowed to participate
※Children aged 5-11 can ride with adults over 16 years old. Children are not allowed to drive alone. Therefore, the number of children cannot exceed the number of adults when making a reservation.
[Participation Restrictions] Pregnant women, those who have drunk alcohol, are ingesting drugs, or have visual impairments are not allowed to participate.
Reminders
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Pregnant women
Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Participants aged 12 and above are entitled to one car per person.
Children aged 5-11 must ride in the same car as adults over 16 years old. ※0-4 years old are not allowed to participate
Be sure to wear clothing that is easy to move around and not afraid of getting dirty. ※The area below the knees may be muddy.
Please note that visitors may not be able to participate in the program if, in the judgment of the staff, they are wearing clothing that poses a safety hazard (e.g., clothing that could easily get caught in a vehicle).
The store provides free rental: sunglasses, sandals, safety helmets, and shoe covers.
There is a fee for renting in the store: raincoat tops for 200 yen, rain pants for 200 yen, and gloves for 200 yen.
Please be sure to arrive on time. You will not be able to change the session or get a refund if you are late. Please note.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
