Located near Konosu Station, we serve Kuroge Wagyu beef yakiniku and Korean dishes. We use A4 and A5 rank beef for our yakiniku, and a highlight is our wide selection of rare cuts. Our Korean cuisine is authentic, with homemade kimchi and namul. We offer a rich menu including Gomtang with large oxtail, Gyeran-jjim, pajeon, and bibimbap. We also have a wide variety of drinks, including wine, whiskey, and local Saitama sake, as well as courses with all-you-can-drink options perfect for banquets.
The best recommendation on the yakiniku menu is the "Futa-Ori Negi Tongue Salt," a thin, vertically-sliced tongue folded in half and wrapped around chopped green onions. You'll also be relieved of the stress of the green onions falling off the meat! Our staff will cook it to perfection, so please give it a try. The crunchy texture and the refreshing flavor of the green onions go perfectly together, and you'll definitely become addicted to it♪
You can enjoy A4 and A5 rank domestic Wagyu beef at a reasonable price. Our recommendation is the "Special Kalbi," and we offer rare and high-quality cuts of A5 Wagyu beef such as Zabuton, Ribeye, Kainomi, and Sashimi, depending on what is in stock that day. We also recommend the "Megane," which has a firm texture and releases more flavor the more you chew it, and the "Top Loin," which is soft and full of flavor. We serve our dishes with seasonings that go well with the ingredients, such as sauce, wasabi, ponzu, and salt!
Our restaurant also has a full menu of horumon (offal) dishes. We offer rare cuts such as hatsumoto (heart), shibire (shibire), and urute (shibire). Our recommendations are the "crunchy top tripe" with its addictive thickness and texture, and the extremely fresh "liver", which uses the offal of black-haired wagyu beef cows for a strong flavor. We also recommend the "fuwajuwa shibire" (soft and juicy shibire), which uses the rare shibire (beef thymus and liver). It contains a lot of fat, giving it a creamy, rich flavor.
About 3 minutes walk from the East Exit of Konosu Station on the JR Takasaki Line. Our restaurant has a modern interior with a red base and a solid smoke exhaust system, so you can enjoy yakiniku without worrying about odors.
