Our restaurant is proud of the variety of seafood dishes made with these lush jewels of the sea. Fresh seafood is procured every day and prepared by our chefs with delicate techniques. You can enjoy the bounty of the sea to your heart's content in sashimi, sushi, grilled dishes, fried dishes, simmered dishes, and more. Sashimi and the finest sake are the ultimate combination. A bite of sashimi, a sip of sake, the combination creates the ultimate happiness. Shizuoka's famous sake, such as Iso Jiman, enhances the sashimi dishes, and depending on the pairing, you can enjoy your meal even more.
Our charcoal grilled yakitori, made with our specialty Kishu Binchotan charcoal, is one of our most popular specialties since we first opened. We control the heat and cooking time to ensure that each cut has the perfect texture. By slowly cooking at a high temperature, excess fat is removed, resulting in a juicy finish. The fragrant aroma of the charcoal grill and the taste of the charcoal-grilled ingredients will have your mouth watering. We also have a selection of local sake that goes well with yakitori.
We have a wide variety of seating options to suit any occasion. Our spacious table seats and private rooms are perfect for large banquets and parties. Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
