We select carefully selected meat from all over Japan that meets Kisoji's standards. You can enjoy "Shabu-shabu" in a course that combines carefully selected beef and seasonal vegetables. The ingredients are well-matched to bring out the umami of each ingredient. The cooking method is simple, without using oil, and involves simply dipping the meat in soup stock. "Shabu-shabu" cuts out excess fat from the meat and provides plenty of healthy, warm vegetables that are gentle on the body, making it extremely nutritionally balanced.
Recommended for celebrations, special occasions, and gorgeous banquets... Kisoji awaits you with heartfelt service and gorgeous banquet cuisine for all kinds of celebrations, big and small. We also provide auspicious items such as sea bream and spiny lobster. Please use it for special occasions, important days, and other occasions. We offer meals to celebrate special days for children, such as the first meal, the first birthday celebration, and Shichigosan. Kisoji's "first meal master" will assist you with everything from the food to the preparation of the ceremony. Chairs for children and diaper changing toilets are also available. A free shuttle bus is available for reservations of 15 or more people, so please inquire when making a reservation.
The interior of the restaurant is unified in a calm Japanese style so that our valued customers can relax, and we also have various private rooms available.We offer a variety of services so that important business clients, family, friends, and other important people can spend time with us.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
