- For this product, a separate voucher will not be sent; instead, we will contact you directly via the KakaoTalk ID you provided during booking.
- If the minimum number of participants (4 people) is not met by 7 days prior to the tour start date, the tour may be cancelled, in which case a 100% refund will be provided. As this is a highly flexible refund product, you may remain on the waiting list if booking for 2 or 1 person.
- Free cancellation is available up to one day before the tour date. Cancellations on the day of the tour are non-refundable (no refunds are available for no-shows).
- As this is an independent travel package that utilizes public transportation, bringing bulky items (such as suitcases) may cause inconvenience.
- Please adhere to the meeting date, time, and location. (We will not contact you separately if you are late, and it will be difficult to join the tour.)
- The itinerary during the tour may change depending on local conditions on the day of the tour.
- Entrance fees and other charges not included in the tour are subject to change without notice depending on local conditions.
- Public transportation used during the tour includes double-decker buses, Star Ferries, and regular buses, with an individual fare of approximately HKD 15.
- Hong Kong buses do not provide change for cash payments, so we recommend preparing an Octopus Card (Hong Kong transport card) or small bills in advance.
- You can enter via Fast Track with a Hong Kong Octopus card.
- Since all guides hold guide licenses, they can enter together via Fast Track. If you bring a Hong Kong transport card loaded with the Peak Tram fare (HKD 62 one-way, HKD 88 round-trip), you can choose either a one-way or round-trip ticket directly on-site and pay for the Peak Tram depending on the situation on the day.
- You may purchase Peak Tram tickets in advance (round trip recommended on weekdays, one-way recommended on weekends), but purchasing tickets for the Sky Terrace in advance is not recommended.
- The dedicated shuttle bus for the southbound route drops you off only in front of Central Subway Station and does not stop at other locations.
- Neither the company nor the guide shall be held responsible for any accidents resulting from an individual deviation from group activities, nor shall the guide or the company be held responsible for any accidents caused by the traveler's negligence, such as ignoring the guide's warnings or failing to follow recommendations.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance before participating in the tour.
- Starting June 2026, Fast Track entry will not be available with Octopus Cards (Hong Kong Transport Card), cash, or credit cards. Please purchase one-way Peak Tram tickets online in advance.
- The Peak Tram ticket (one-way HKD 82) is not included because Fast Track entry is more convenient as individual entry is available in a horizontal line at multiple counters rather than in a single vertical line, and it is more reasonable to purchase online as the fare for children and seniors is half.

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 0 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
