At 'Yakitori Heki', we serve skewer dishes using 'Amakusa Daio', a local chicken breed from Kumamoto Prefecture. You can enjoy various cuts, including 'momo' (thigh) and 'dakimi' (breast with skin), seasoned in a variety of ways! Pair your meal with sake or natural wine that goes perfectly with yakitori◎ Our sea-inspired space is equipped with both table and counter seating. The restaurant is available for private bookings. You can enjoy yakitori made with "Amakusa Daio", a local chicken from Kumamoto Prefecture. Our recommendation is "Dakimi", which is rooster meat wrapped in hen skin. Our classic "Thigh" is also a popular dish! In addition to the classic sauce and salt, we also offer dashi soy sauce and yuzu pepper. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
