Our expert buyers carefully select fresh Kuroge Wagyu beef from the Shibaura Meat Center! We never freeze our meat, and it is cut to order before being served. We maintain strict temperature control for our selection of over 20 varieties of wine. We also offer a wide range of appetizers, signature dishes, and classic cold noodles that pair perfectly with our meat and wine. All-you-can-drink courses are also available. We welcome reservations for large private parties of 30 or more guests.◎ Please feel free to visit us for a wide range of occasions, from after-work drinks to meals with friends.
We mainly source fresh Japanese Black Beef from the Shibaura Meat Center, and offer our recommended "hand-cut raw premium tongue" as well as standard "kalbi," "loin," and "skirt steak" at reasonable prices. Enjoy with our homemade sauce, salt, wasabi, lemon, and more. In addition, our "horse meat yukke" appetizer, served in a wine glass, is a popular dish. From the appetizers to the Japanese Black Beef yakiniku, you can enjoy plenty of delicious meat.
Besides the Kuroge Wagyu beef, we also have a wide selection of a la carte dishes. Among the standard kimchi and namul, we recommend the refreshing "Lemon-scented Watercress and Mushroom Salad." Of course, you can eat it as is. It is also delicious when combined with our proud Wagyu beef, and you can enjoy a different flavor.
