Luggage Restrictions: Passengers may bring up to 2 pieces of luggage, not including carry-ons and smaller bags. Each piece may not weigh more than 30kg and its length, width, and depth may not add up to more than 250cm, while its length may not exceed 200cm
[Refund Policy] To request a refund, the voucher does not need to be mailed back to the KKday office. Simply upload a photo of the torn "laser silver tag" and "barcode" in the customer service chat to receive the refund. Please refer to the images in the "Refund Process" above.

- Valid for use within 90day(s) from the date of issue; Invalid after expiration
- Please refer to the "DATE OF ISSUE発行月日" on the ticket for the issue date info, the ticket will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue
- Valid for 5 days after the first use; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- MCO vouchers that have not been exchanged for physical tickets can be refunded within 12 months from the issue date by contacting KKday Customer Service. A 10% cancellation fee based on the ticket value will be charged. Refunds or reissues are not available for lost, stolen, or partially used vouchers.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
