We offer A5-grade beef and rare cuts at reasonable prices through our unique sourcing routes. There is no time limit, so please enjoy your meal at your leisure♪ We offer 6 types of tongue alone, including 'Tongue Yukhoe', 'Tongue Wasabi', and 'Thick-cut Premium Tongue'. We also have a wide selection of Yamano specialties such as 'Special Harami One-piece Grill' and 'Tongue Kalbi'! The thickest part of the skirt steak is cut into a lattice pattern while still in its original shape. After grilling on both sides, cut it with scissors and enjoy.
