Our recommendation is the "Original Jidai Negitan Salt," which has been loved since the restaurant opened. We have been sourcing fresh meat from the same meat wholesaler since the restaurant first opened, and tongue and skirt steak are popular. The combination of horumon with our secret homemade sauce and mustard is also great. The restaurant's name comes from our desire to "satisfy our customers," and our desire to offer meat at a low, affordable price that seems outdated. We offer over 60 types of drinks, including shochu and makgeolli, which are essential to sizzling yakiniku! Among them, the original 25% Kagoshima-produced potato shochu "Jidai Oreshi", which is named after the restaurant, is a masterpiece created by the owner, who is passionate about shochu. We also have our own secret menu item, our homemade "coffee shochu", which requires prior reservation, and bottled wine that can be ordered upon request. We also have soft drinks, so children are welcome♪ Enjoy your yakiniku to your heart's content with your favorite drink.

Jidaisuru is a hidden gem of a delicious yakiniku restaurant located on the second floor of a building. The wooden interior has a calming atmosphere that evokes nostalgia. The spacious table seats are available for individuals, and there are also seats with a good view where you can enjoy the view outside from the window. The sunken tatami seating, which can accommodate up to 24 people, is perfect for groups. It has floor heating so you can enjoy your meal in warmth even in winter! Please feel free to drop by after work, on a date, or for a casual meal.

There are plenty of other menu items besides meat, and since the restaurant opened, they have been using ingredients sourced from traditional fishmongers and greengrocers. Seafood butter-grilled squid, scallops, tentacles, etc. go perfectly with alcohol! The mildly spicy and easy-to-eat "stone-grilled kimchi fried rice" is a proud example of the same taste that has remained since the restaurant opened. The "stone-grilled bibimbap" is also popular among women at lunchtime. We offer a variety of carefully selected dishes, including our homemade seafood pancakes with a thin crust made with squid, chives, and potatoes.
