"BISTRO SABLIER" is a long-established fruit shop founded in 1952 where you can casually enjoy bistro cuisine that can only be enjoyed with seasonal ingredients, and you can enjoy a marriage that brings out the best in the ingredients all year round. The restaurant has 47 seats on the 1st to 3rd floors. Private reservations are available for 24 people or more, and courses with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink are available from 6,600 yen, so it is also perfect for group parties such as launch parties and banquets! Please relax and unwind in a high-quality adult space.
Konno has honed his culinary sense and skills at many famous restaurants in Tokyo and in France, before going independent in 2000 and opening "KITCHEN&WINESABLIER" as a sablier chef. The restaurant later changed its name to "BISTROSABLIER", where you can casually enjoy Konno's original, delicate and colorful bistro cuisine. Expect to make new discoveries every time you visit.
A menu unique to this bistro run by a long-established fruit store founded in 1952 is the risotto made with seasonal fruits. It's an unexpected combination, but it works perfectly! The risotto, made with fresh foie gras from France's Rouget and "Amaou" strawberries, which are characterized by their juicy sweetness, is a particularly popular dish. It is simply seasoned with only Parmesan cheese, so you can enjoy the marriage of rich foie gras and seasonal fruits to your heart's content.
We offer seasonal courses starting from 6,600 yen, including 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. From appetizers to main courses and even desserts, we offer a full lineup of dishes made with plenty of fresh seasonal ingredients. For birthdays and anniversaries, we also offer birthday plates with messages and special cakes made by our pastry chef! Cakes must be reserved at least two days in advance, so please make your reservation early. We will create a wonderful atmosphere for a special moment with your loved one.
The first floor offers counter seats that give a lively atmosphere. You can dine while watching the chefs cook, as you are close to them. The second floor has couple seats that are popular for dates, so you can spend a special time just for the two of you while taking in the view. The third floor can be reserved for groups of 24 or more, making it the perfect space for groups such as launch parties and other events. In addition, if you have a group of around 10 people, you can also reserve a private room during lunchtime, so please feel free to contact us!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
