Reminders

  • A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date

  • In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease

  • Please do not bring valuables to river tracing and night shrimp catching activities.

  • Those who are in first grade of elementary school or above, or those who are above 110 centimeters tall and under 65 years old and in good physical and mental health can participate in the shrimp catching activity.

  • Adhering to the experience of caring for the valley and caring for nature, it is the principle that all animals and plants collected during the activity will not be taken away.

  • Pets can be brought with you on this experience, and you need to drive your own car and have a leash.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
