- Safari Details: Two people drive each sled, and you can switch drivers. The ride lasts 45-60 minutes, covering 7-10 kilometers, depending on weather and participant skills.

- What to Expect -
Friendly huskies greet you warmly at the local farm. Once the sled dog safari departs, the dogs become quiet and focused on their work. Enjoy the serene nature during the silent sledge ride and stop in the wilderness to take photos. Each team consists of two people, with the opportunity to switch drivers along the way. The trail typically lasts 45-60 minutes and covers 7-10 kilometers, varying based on weather conditions and participant skills.

Visit to the Husky Farm
Purchase Notice
- Operated in Rovaniemi during winter months.
- Two persons per husky team, one adult as a driver and one adult as a passenger. Half way adults can change drivers. Children up to 12 years are always seated as passengers in the sleigh. Parents with small children, please consider if your child is able to sit in a sleigh for 1 hour in winter conditions. Kindly note, there are no shortcuts from the forest back to the farm.
- Prices include transfers from/to accommodations from selected meeting points. Those who accommodate in the city centre or in accommodations not listed below have meeting point in Safartica office or nearest possible meeting point.
- Winter clothing include thermal overall, winter boots, woollen socks, woollen scarf, beanie and gloves.
- Meeting time for our safaris is always before the starting time of the safari. You will receive your meeting time and point upon confirmation. Safari starts when the group is clothed and ready to go. Missed meeting time and point will result on missed safari which will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
