1. The selected hotel check-in date corresponds to the cruise ticket usage date. No partial refunds will be provided if the cruise is not taken due to personal reasons.

2. You may reserve indoor seating on the first deck of the Jinxi, Jinfang, Pearl River Emerald, or Pearl River Crystal cruise ships. Guests wishing to upgrade may contact customer service to pay the price difference.

II. Pearl River Cruise Merchant Policy:

1. Fee details: Includes two adult cruise tickets, tea, and snacks.

- Each adult passenger may bring 2 children for free. Children under 1.2m are free of charge; children between 1.2m and 1.5m are charged at half price; those over 1.5m are charged as adults.
- The final right of interpretation belongs to Guangzhou Jinhang Cruise Co., Ltd.

2. Usage instructions:

- Ticket collection time: Tickets can be collected starting from 17:30 daily (please arrive at the ticket collection point 30 minutes before your scheduled sailing time).
- Ticket collection address: Inside Dashatou Passenger Terminal, No. 16-18 Dashatou Commercial Street, No. 466 Yanjiang East Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou.
- Usage address: 'Jinhang Business Office' / 'Jinhang Ticket Office' at the Dashatou Cruise Terminal ticket hall, No. 466 Yanjiang East Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou.
- Validity: Valid only on the selected date.
- Usage limit: Each ticket can only be used once. 
- Cruise duration: Approximately 60 minutes.
- Guests must go to the terminal in person with a 'valid ID' and 'ticket collection code' to collect tickets and board.

3. Other notes:

- According to water police regulations, Pearl River night cruises require real-name booking (one person, one ID, one ticket) for boarding.
- Valid documents include: Home Return Permit, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Passport, and ID Card. No cancellations or refunds will be provided if tickets cannot be collected due to lack of valid documents after booking. No refunds or changes will be made if guests fail to board or miss the flight due to personal reasons, and any losses incurred shall be borne by the guest.

III. Important Notes:

① Bringing your own food, alcohol, or beverages on board is prohibited.

② It is strictly prohibited to bring flammable, explosive, or dangerous goods on board.

③ To ensure the safety and hygiene of you and other passengers, pets are not allowed on board.

④ Due to factors such as weather, government requisition, or group charters, the original cruise or schedule may be subject to change. Merchant customer service will contact guests to coordinate; if coordination fails, a refund may be requested. In case of rain, cruises will operate as normal unless the Port Authority or Maritime Bureau issues a suspension notice.
