＊Please arrive at the meeting point in advance for boarding procedures.

＊If you need to leave the tour midway, please be sure to notify us in advance. The itinerary sequence will be determined based on the day's conditions to avoid any loss or missed attractions.

・Meeting Point: London Victoria Station Stop 11 (closer to Exit 7 of the train station). The tour guide will be waiting for passengers next to the bus at the meeting point.

・Drop-off Point: The tour ends at Gloucester Road Station, London (London SW7 4SF).

－ Important Information －

・Adult: 18 to 65 years old (based on actual age on the day of departure). Child: 3 to 17 years old (based on actual age on the day of departure). Senior: 66 years old and above.

・Please ensure you book tickets according to the correct age range. If you are unable to enter the venue due to exceeding the child ticket age limit, you will be responsible for the loss. Thank you for your understanding.

・If you are unable to join the tour due to personal reasons (e.g., late arrival, taking the wrong transport, train or flight delays), it will be considered a 'No Show,' and the supplier will not provide any refunds or additional compensation. Thank you for your understanding.

－ FAQ －

・What is the difference between tours with and without entrance tickets?  

All tours include visits to Stonehenge, Windsor, and the University of Oxford. The difference lies in whether the entrance tickets to the attractions are included. If the Windsor Castle ticket is not included, passengers can explore the town of Windsor on their own and must return to the boarding point at least 5 minutes early for departure. (No tours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.)

・Is Windsor Castle open every day?

Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Windsor Castle is a working palace for the British Royal Family. In the event of sudden official arrangements, the visit to Windsor Castle may be closed or interrupted. The actual situation on the day will prevail.

St. George's Chapel is generally not open to visitors on Sundays (subject to actual conditions on the day).

・Are there daily departures?

No tours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If passengers choose the option without tickets on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, they will have free time to explore locally. Please return to the boarding point 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

・How can I contact the local tour guide/customer service before departure?

At 18:00 local time on the day before departure, the supplier's customer service will create a group chat to communicate tour details, confirm the meeting time and location, and provide local tips. For each attraction, the group will provide meeting point locations, tour guides, and other information to help ensure a smooth trip in London.

・Are meals included?

Lunch is provided for a worry-free experience, so you do not need to arrange your own lunch. During the Windsor Castle portion of the tour, a classic British Fish and Chips meal with a choice of drink is provided per person.

If you do not have a compliant document, you will not be able to use the student discount and will need to purchase an adult ticket on-site.
