- Do not feed or startle animals.
- Do not climb on rocks, trees, fences, etc. or enter inside the fences.
- Please note that bringing in balls, kick scooters, or other toys, and wearing roller skates are not permitted.
- Please refrain from taking flash photos of animals.
- Do not knock on the window glass.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the park.
- Please help keep the park clean by taking your trash home with you.
- Pets such as dogs and cats are not permitted inside the park.
- Please note that there are some areas where you cannot enter the park with an assistance dog (guide dog, hearing dog, or service dog). Please enquire at the ticket office.
- Please refrain from bringing or using reflectors for reflective purposes when taking photos.
- Please refrain from taking photos using selfie sticks or other photography equipment inside the barriers.
- Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers, any behavior that may startle the animals, or any behavior that may cause photographs with equipment touching the glass.

- Please do not collect or harm any plants or animals within the park.
- Bicycles cannot be ridden within the park. Please use the bicycle parking area.
- Fireworks and other open flames are not permitted to be brought in or used.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Any commercial activities within the park (including photography) require permission.
- Playing with bats, rackets, balls, etc., and the use of radio-controlled toys and drones are prohibited.
