1. Please bring a valid driver's license (a standard heavy-duty motorcycle license is required for scooters) when picking up your vehicle to avoid any issues. The company reserves the right to refuse the rental and charge a one-day rental fee if the license is not presented.
2. Our safety seats are forward-facing only (not infant seats). The daily rental fee is 100 TWD, and advance reservation is required.
3. The rental price only includes compulsory insurance. If you require third-party liability insurance, please purchase it online separately by searching for 'Car Rental Insurance'.
4. When booking, please specify your expected pick-up and return dates and times. The fee does not include airport transfers. If needed, airport transfer costs 250 TWD per trip for a sedan (up to 4 people) and 450 TWD per trip for a van (up to 8 people).
5. Rental Restrictions: You must be at least 20 years old and have held your driver's license for at least one year. The shop reserves the right to refuse the rental without a refund. For information on foreign driver's licenses valid in Taiwan, please refer to the Table of Reciprocal Recognition of Driver's Licenses by Country from the Directorate General of Highways, MOTC.

Reminders
When renting a vehicle, the lessee needs to prepare a new ID card, a driver's license, and must be over 20 years old (a regular heavy-duty motorcycle driver's license is required when renting a motorcycle, and a car driver's license is required when renting a car)
This vehicle is entirely driven by the lessee and may not be lent to others or used by unlicensed drivers. Otherwise, all civil and criminal liabilities will be borne entirely by the lessee without any objection.
If the lessee causes serious damage to the gearbox, related accessories, car body, etc. due to improper driving or deliberate speed racing, the lessee shall be responsible for full compensation.
If an accident occurs during the rental period, the scene should be retained and immediately reported to the police. The lessee will be responsible for any compensation including civil and criminal liability. If the car is returned late, the lessee must still pay the full amount. If there is any speeding, violation, or The borrower must still pay in full.
When booking a car, please indicate the expected date and time of pick-up and return. (The airport pick-up and drop-off are based on the pick-up and drop-off time)
Please check the vehicle condition and fuel level in detail and take photos and videos for your own records.

Airport transfer fee for car rental within two days: 250 yuan one way for 4 people in a car, 450 yuan one way for 8 people in a van. There is free airport pick-up and drop-off service for rentals of more than two days (the airport pick-up and drop-off time is based on the pick-up and drop-off time)
Our safety seats are all forward-facing (not infant seats). The daily rental fee is RMB 100 and reservation is required.
If the reserved vehicle cannot be delivered due to force majeure, the company may replace it with a vehicle of the same grade or above or refund the deposit.

How to Use Your Voucher

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
