- Pickup for Zign Hotel takes place at the Tower building lobby, and for Hilton Pattaya, at the 1st-floor lobby.
- Pickup/drop-off is not available in Bangkok. If you are arriving from Bangkok by bus, please specify your pickup location as [Trio Pattaya Hotel] or [J Pattaya Hotel], which are hotels near the terminal.

- We would like to inform you in advance that there may be slight delays depending on the on-site pickup situation on the day. Since it is a joint tour pickup, if you are not in the lobby at the pickup time, we will wait for about 5 minutes and then depart immediately.
- Occasionally, due to traffic congestion on the day of the tour, the time you arrive at the hotel may be delayed. Therefore, if you have an early flight or are booking a Belt Travel, we recommend that you book a morning tour if possible.
