Presenting a brand-new ultimate seafood duo, Essence elevates the buffet dinner this June and July. A spectacular live-carving performance of a whole tuna weighing over 40kg takes the center stage every weekend and on public holidays, during dinner buffet period. Be tempted by the rich, fresh tuna sashimi freshly-cut on the spot – a true feast for both the eyes and the palate. The dinner buffet also features an array of eel dishes, highlighting the Eel Roll and Grilled Eel, alongside the unlimited serving of chilled seafood, fresh sashimi and sushi, cold cuts, fresh salad bar, hot dishes, as well as must-have desserts such as Häagen-Dazs ice cream and homemade tofu pudding.
