Here, you can savor a wide range of eel delicacies, including eel tempura, charcoal-grilled eel skewers, eel rice, and eel bowls. The chef employs two classic cooking methods—Kabayaki (grilled with sauce) and Shirayaki (grilled without sauce)—to bring out the full flavor and aroma of the eel, ensuring a unique taste in every bite. To maintain freshness, we process and grill the eel on-site, so you may need to wait 20 minutes to enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth eel. Rest assured, the wait is well worth it. - We do not accept reservation time change requests submitted the day before or on the same day. If you submit a change request before this date, we will do our best to assist you, but success cannot be guaranteed, and the final decision rests with the restaurant. If the restaurant is unable to accommodate the change, your reservation time will remain as scheduled.
- The restaurant will do its best to accommodate your seating preferences, but adjustments may be made on the day depending on availability.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
