Afterwards, you will be seated right in front of the sumo ring to watch a morning sumo practice session.

After experiencing sumo practice, the guide will explain sumo rules, moves, and techniques and the Sumo wrestlers show how a real sumo match begins. After the match, we will eat chanko-nabe together, a dish that makes sumo wrestler's body big. We make Chicken dumplings, the main ingredient of the chanko-nabe, with the wrestlers, and everyone eats together around a table that was actually used in the sumo room.
