This program is a 'Health Tourism Certified Program.' We ensure safety and provide guidance from professional guides. The guides will not only talk about Akita dogs but also provide advice on health promotion.
 
*The Health Tourism Certification System is a third-party certification service that objectively evaluates tourism products from the perspective of 'travel and health.' It was created as part of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's 'Project to Promote the Creation of Industries for Extending Healthy Life Expectancy'.

・Please refrain from participating if your doctor has restricted your ability to exercise or if you are not allowed to exercise based on the results of your physical condition check on the day.
・If you are injured while participating, we will take care of you within the scope of the injury mutual aid that our corporation subscribes to.
・The personal information you provide will be used to contact you regarding guidance, as well as to make an emergency 119 call in the event of an accident during your walking experience.
・To ensure safety, please do not touch the Akita dog's body without the guide's permission or do anything that the Akita dog dislikes.
・It may be canceled in case of bad weather that is considered dangerous such as typhoon or heavy snow.
・If the Akita dog in charge is unwell, the tour will be canceled.
・We can provide transportation to the nearest station, but if you wish, please contact us in advance (up to 3 people).

Reminders

  • Regarding clothing: In the summer, we recommend wearing layers such as thin shirts to protect against the heat, and in the winter, we recommend wearing warm clothing. For shoes, please bring rain boots or snow boots in winter, and sneakers in other seasons.

  • Things to bring: towels, drinks, rain gear (for rainy days), medicines (if you are taking them)

  • Regarding rental items: We have boots and umbrellas available, but they are limited in quantity. Basically, please bring what you normally use.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
