    Classic Shabu-Shabu Set: Free for children under 3, half price for children under 11.
  • Specific seats cannot be requested; arrangements will be made by the restaurant staff on the day.
  • The set menu is for reference only and may change due to seasonal ingredients. The actual meal content provided on the day shall prevail.
  • Please arrive at the restaurant on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled by the restaurant, and no refund will be provided for any fees paid. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the restaurant may refuse to allow you to wait inside.
  • Please dress appropriately. Avoid overly casual attire (such as flip-flops, sandals, tank tops, shorts, suspenders, mini skirts, etc.). Please note that French and Western restaurants have extremely strict dress codes: male guests must wear a collared shirt or jacket, long trousers (jeans are prohibited), and socks.
  • Any losses or consequences caused by the guest failing to provide accurate reservation information (including but not limited to discrepancies between the number of people reserved and the actual number of people, or failure to provide the number and ages of minors) or failing to comply with Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to loud noise, horseplay, smoking, excessive drinking, live streaming, or other activities that may disturb other diners) must be borne by the guest.

How to Get There
Take the Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line, Tozai Line, or Toho Line to Odori Station. From the South Exit of JR Sapporo Station, walk straight along the underground pedestrian walkway towards Odori Park for about 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, take the Nishi 4-chome tram stop and walk for about 4-5 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
