• Blue Elephant's cooking class is a join class with foreigners of various nationalities and is conducted under the guidance of a professional chef who can speak English.
• You can choose between a morning or afternoon class and learn 4 Thai dishes.
• Different dishes are served each day of the week. Please refer to the Blue Elephant website .
  
• You can choose from a variety of Thai dishes, including papaya salad, green curry, coconut soup, and spicy chicken.
• It takes place in a safe and hygienic kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils and ingredients, and guidance from a professional chef and a recipe book are provided.

📝 Class Schedule

• Morning class (including market tour)
  - 08:45 ~ 09:00 Welcome ceremony with Thai herbal drinks. Exchange opinions on 4 types of course meals with the chef
  - 09:00 ~ 10:00 Take the skytrain to Bang Rak morning market. Learn how to use Thai fruits, vegetables, and spices with an instructor.
  - 10:00 ~ 10:10 Take the skytrain and return to the cooking school
  - 10:10 ~ 10:15 Go to the cooking school, cool off with drinks and towels, and then move to the theory classroom.
  - 10:15 ~ 11:15 theory lesson. Instructor's cooking demonstration and introduction of recipes and secrets.
  - 11:15 ~ 13:00 Cooking in the training room. Learn cooking techniques and complete 4 dishes with the help of an instructor.
  - 13:00 ~ Lunch. Try your own cooking and Thai cuisine at Blue Elephant Restaurant.

• Afternoon class (market tour not included)
  - 13:30 ~ 13:45 Welcome ceremony with Thai herbal drinks. Exchange opinions on four course meals with the chef.
  - 13:45 ~ 14:45 Theory lesson. Familiarize yourself with the use of Thai fruits, vegetables, and spices. Instructor's cooking demonstration and introduction of recipes and secrets.
  - 14:45 ~ 16:30 Cooking in the training room. Learn cooking techniques and complete 4 dishes with the help of an instructor.
  - 16:30 ~ Cook your own meal and taste Thai cuisine at Blue Elephant Restaurant.

※ Afternoon classes are not held on Sundays.
※ To ensure smooth class progress, please arrive at the cooking school 10-15 minutes before the class start time.
