- Before purchasing, please ensure that your phone and operating system support the eSIM function. Once the eSIM QR code is sent, this product is non-refundable.
- iOS version 12.1 or later is required. Please note that iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS have eSIM functionality. (Please visit Apple's official website for details.)
- Samsung phones vary in different countries. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. Please confirm with the Samsung official website for other regions first.
- The days start counting once the eSIM is scanned and downloaded. It is recommended to scan and install it on the day of departure.
- Each QR code can only be scanned and installed once. Once bound, you cannot change the device or delete it. Once deleted, you cannot scan and install again and need to purchase it again.

How to Use
- Scan the QR code:
- Share the eSIM QR code with your travel companion, and have them scan the QR code with their desired phone.
- Print the paper copy first and scan and install it on the day of departure.
- iOS 7.03 and above can scan directly (please refer to the DB eSIM usage instructions)

Method 2: Manually add SM-DP_Address and Activation Code - Enable activation steps:
1. After arriving at your destination, turn off other SIM cards and only turn on the eSIM and its data roaming.
2. Set the eSIM APN (usually the APN will be automatically identified, but if not, you need to set it manually) - Other notes:

- Please do not use your camera or other apps to scan the QR code, it must be done through your phone's settings

- To check if your phone supports eSIM, dial *#06#. If your phone displays an EID, it usually supports eSIM. (Depending on the OS and manufacturer, you may not be able to use your phone even if you have an EID.)
- If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service. Cancellation and refund requests without contact will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
