Delivery within China is by express delivery (logistics tracking number is provided).
No tracking number will be provided for shipments to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Please fill in the detailed and complete address when making payment. If there is any problem with the shipping address, the operator will contact you directly.

- Manual setting process:
If you encounter activation problems 3 minutes after inserting the card, please follow the instructions below
iOS: Settings > Mobile Data Network > APN > enter "internet" > insert SIM card > reboot
Android: Settings > Mobile Networks > APN > Select Add APN and enter "internet" > Insert SIM card > Reboot
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
