- There is no age limit. Please note that children aged below 18 years require parental or guardian consent
- Please note this skydive experience has a weight limit of 100kg
- Please select your pick-up/drop-off hotel at the time of booking. If your hotel does not appear on the list, please select an alternative location nearby
- Due to strict regulations, guests are not permitted to take any objects with them, including cameras. Lockers will be available on-site for your belongings
- Please note due to the risk of decompression sickness, please must wait a minimum of 24 hours after you go scuba diving before skydiving
- Please note that the pick-up time is for reference only; the exact pick-up time will be confirmed on the voucher, which is normally 1 hour 15 minutes prior to your booking skydiving time (e.g. if booking time is 10:00 am, your pick-up time will be 8:45 am) Please ensure you wait outside the main entrance 10 minutes prior

Weather conditions may change, please check your skydive status at www.skydiveauckland.com/status prior to your booking time to confirm the weather is suitable to skydive. If the weather is unsuitable, the skydive company will postpone or reschedule the skydive for safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
