Purchase Notice
- Children under 6 years old do not occupy a bed or a motorcycle seat (excluding spare parts). The fee only includes: round-trip ticket for the Blue and White (half-price ticket), snorkeling or glass boat 2-choice experience, 2 million travel liability insurance
- It is not recommended for children under 6 years old to participate in the snorkeling experience
- Children aged 3 to 12 who choose to occupy a bed will be given a turtle doll to offset the difference in ferry tickets
- No motorcycle license can choose electric bicycles
- 2-person room has 1 double bed, 3~4-person room has 2 double beds (no breakfast)
- Check-in time for the B&B: 14:00, check-out 10:00
- Diving/snorkeling/glass boat experience time: When you check in to pick up the scooter, you will be asked about the estimated experience time
- Snorkeling/glass boat experience location: The experience day is determined by the wind direction and wave conditions at that time

Q: What is the ferry schedule for this trip?
A: Arrive at the Blue and White Shipping counter at Donggang Pier on the same day to pick up the ferry ticket. When picking up the ticket, tell the counter staff that "Boliu Diving Shop has booked the ticket" and show the passenger's ID card or health insurance card (foreigners should show their passport) to receive the round-trip ticket. Please refer to the shipping company's round-trip flight schedule and choose any one you like. After receiving the ticket, please go to the boarding area immediately to queue up. There are no numbered seats and the journey takes about 20 minutes.
Q: After arriving at Xiaoliuqiu, where can I pick up the motorcycle and go to the B&B?
A: Please pay attention to your order information. After ordering, you will be sent the address to pick up the scooter. Someone will help you pick up the scooter and take you to the B&B.
Q: Are the snorkeling, glass boat and diving experiences located together or nearby? Can we travel together if we order different packages?
A: The snorkeling, glass boat and diving activities are in different locations, but the check-in location is next to each other, so you can arrange to check in together at a close time. The snorkeling and diving locations are determined by the wind direction and wave conditions of the day, and are not fixed in one location.
Q: How long do I need to spend on snorkeling, glass boat and diving respectively?
A: 1 hour snorkeling, 40 minutes glass boat ride, 2 hours diving experience
Q: Is diving not recommended for children under 6 years old?
A: Snorkeling is not recommended for those under 5 years old, and diving experience requires at least 12 years old
Q: If there are two passengers in the same group and only one of them wants to dive, should they order the snorkeling/glass boat trip together, note in the order that one person wants to dive, and pay the additional price of NT$2,100 on site?
A: Yes
Q: Do I need a national motorcycle license to ride a motorcycle?
A: You need a Taiwanese driver's license or an international driver's license to ride a gasoline vehicle. You don't need a driver's license to ride an electric bicycle.
Reminders
A SMS notification will be sent before the departure date. The customer will pick up the ticket at the shipping company with all the documents (please bring your ID card, health insurance card or passport)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 10 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
