Tea is a beverage that almost every Taiwanese person encounters. Taiwan's small land area nurtures thousands of tea flavors. Good tea, from planting, harvesting, and processing to rolling, is carefully nurtured by tea artisans, and the history of tea is also the history of Taiwan.
We invite you to join us at 'Teast by Muse Garden' to explore famous Taiwanese tea regions with your palate in one hour, then enjoy a half-hour of ritual as you brew a pot of Taiwanese tea yourself. Let a professional tea master guide you through tea basics, scientific knowledge, production methods, brewing techniques, tasting, and etiquette in an easy-to-understand way, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of Taiwanese tea culture.
'Sensory Tea Appreciation' refers to observing the tea leaves, smelling the aroma, and tasting the tea soup. Using international evaluation cups, you will experience the aroma of tea in different states (dry aroma, hot aroma, and cup-bottom aroma). Beyond just tasting, this allows you to gain a deeper understanding of tea through the tea master's explanations and discussions.
