- Delivery Time: 10:00 am–10:00 pm, Monday–Saturday (excluding Public Holidays)
- Delivery occurs via local courier; specific times (e.g., 9:00 am, before 12:00 pm) cannot be accommodated

- Place the device and accessories in the provided pre-paid return mailer bag
- Neatly deposit the bag in a nearby SingPost mailbox
- Return of the device is required within 7 days after travel ends
- A S$200 fee will be charged if the device isn't returned or has 7 days of non-usage

How to Operate the Device:
- Press the power button for 3 seconds
- Wait approximately 3 minutes for the connection to establish
- Wi-Fi LED Indicator On - Indicates readiness for internet connection
- Wi-Fi LED Indicator Off - Signifies no internet connection
- Wi-Fi LED Indicator Flashing - Indicates service connection in progress
- Signal LED Indicator On - Displays signal strength via LED
- Signal LED Indicator Flashing - Indicates service error
- Battery LED Indicator On - Shows battery capacity via LED
- Battery LED Indicator Flashing - Indicates charging in progress

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
