－Itinerary Introduction－
Liyutan Lake is located in Shoufeng Township, Hualien County, Taiwan, at the northernmost end of the East Rift Valley National Scenic Area. Formed by river capture of a tributary of the Mugua River, Liyutan is a dammed lake with fresh air and pleasant scenery. Unaffected by sea conditions, it is open for activities all year round. Hualien water sports experts 'Chuanka' will tailor the experience for you, whether you are traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends, creating wonderful memories together! Enjoy the dreamy scenery surrounded by mountains and sparkling waters. In this 2-3 hour activity, you will discover the beauty of nature. Even if you cannot swim or are not an athlete, you can easily get started under the guidance of our instructors.

- This activity is for two persons per canoe
- Due to safety considerations, please make sure that you are in good health. If you have heart disease and other sudden diseases, major cardiovascular diseases, asthma patients with epilepsy, and pregnant women, who cannot complete the activity alone, or are extremely afraid of water, please do not sign up
- Pets cannot be brought along during the itinerary. In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of the itinerary, please do not bring pets with you. Please forgive me

Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

All activities provide life jackets, safety requirements, and boating teaching. Those who have no experience or can't swim don't have to worry. All are welcome to sign up and have fun together
Please pay attention to whether your equipment is waterproof when taking pictures in the water. If you take pictures in the sea, please be careful with your mobile phone and camera.
When checking in, please wear light clothing that does not easily absorb water. Please bring your own waterproof bag, anti-epidemic mask, mosquito repellent, and sun hat.
Please do not bring 3C or valuables. Lockers are only provided for temporary storage and the company is not responsible for their storage.
Please wear sunscreen. Those who are prone to motion sickness or seasickness should bring their own seasickness medicine. Please take it 40-50 minutes before entering the water to avoid affecting your fun.
Please prepare proper drinking water, portable simple food, can keep your body in top condition
Please wear appropriate clothing, such as a swimsuit, jellyfish suit or light clothing; and be sure to prepare a change of clothes

- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
