— What You Can Expect —

CherryHill’s original orchard, established in 1940 and located in Wandin East, provides a stunning backdrop for a leisurely morning or afternoon of cherry picking and family fun. With over 85 acres of cherry trees, an on-site café, and a large picnic area, the Wandin East orchard has become a family favourite over the years. 

Each time slot allows for two hours of cherry-picking plus half an hour for entry and exit administration. Once your allocated cherry-picking time slot is up, you can visit the café, or try the famous cherry ice cream while soaking up the live music and lovely scenery surrounding you.

  • Takeaway cherries are charged per kilogram upon leaving
  • There is no BYO alcohol; however, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased and consumed on-site
  • You are welcome to pack a picnic to enjoy within the grounds after cherry-picking
  • Please ensure you arrive at the entry time specified on your ticket. This helps to ensure a smooth check-in process and an enjoyable experience for everyone
  • Please note that you cannot bring any cooking equipment such as BBQs or stoves
