How to use your Go City Pass
Steps to sync your pass
Download the Go City app from the iOS App Store or Google Play, and install it on your phone or tablet.
After installation, tap the “Your personal link” provided on your voucher to claim your pass. Make sure you use the same device on which you downloaded the app.
Once claimed, your pass will be ready to scan.
Most attractions on this pass are show-and-scan — just present your pass QR code at the entrance. A few require you to reserve in advance, always check the attraction's page in the Go City app / website (or the digital guidebook) before you go.

- Due to the pandemic, certain attractions, venues, exhibitions, or experiences may temporarily be unavailable. Before booking, please visit each attraction's official website for updates
- Some attractions offer child discounts or free admission for children. Verify eligibility at each attraction before purchasing passes for your kids
- The pass must be used on consecutive days. For instance, if you use a 3-day pass on April 1 as the first valid day and skip April 2, the second valid day will still be deducted
- Please note that you can visit each attraction once per day. If you want to revisit an attraction, the second visit must be on a different date
- After finalizing an order, no changes or upgrades can be requested. Please carefully consider your choices before booking
- Free cancellation applies only to unused passes within their 2-year validity period

- Present the QR code: Show your KKday e-voucher with the QR code at the attraction's entrance
- Printed Voucher: Open your order confirmation email, click the provided link to download and print the e-voucher
- Use the Go City App: Follow these steps:
a. Open the KKday e-voucher and click the link that says "To use the app, please follow your unique link"
b. Enter your email on the page
c. Download the Go City App (available on iOS and Android)
d. Launch the Go City App, select your city based on your pass, click the "My Passes" icon, and enter your email and order verification code
Note: If you encounter issues at step 4, please refresh the page and re-enter your email and order verification code or restart from step 2. If you purchase multiple passes simultaneously, you can enter different emails at step 2 to sync passes to separate devices. Ensure you remember the QR code number for each individual to avoid accidental duplication. If the link "To use the app, please follow your unique link" on the KKday e-voucher doesn't work, try other redemption methods.

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
