Same-day bookings for one guest are subject to on-site availability and adjustments made by the operator. If the designated time slot is unavailable or fully booked, the operator reserves the right to arrange a change. If the time slot cannot be accommodated, the booking may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Please report to the counter 30 minutes before departure. The activity is on a group-in, group-out basis. Once the boat has left the shore, latecomers will not be allowed to join midway (and refunds will not be given). Please be especially careful not to be late to avoid affecting your rights.

Taiwanese passengers are required to carry their ID cards or health insurance cards with them, and foreign passengers are required to carry their passports with them in order to participate in sea activities.

Do not smoke, chew betel nuts, carry dangerous, flammable, or foul-smelling items on board, and do not engage in dangerous actions. To ensure navigation safety and other passengers' rights, please follow the instructions of the staff.

Vegetarians please inform us when ordering. The grilled fresh oysters included in the lake tour will be replaced by a vegetarian snack.

In case of irresistible factors such as weather, walrus, temporary accidents, etc., based on safety considerations, the supplier has the right to cancel the flight. In this case, you can choose to get a full refund or reschedule for free.

Water activities are easily affected by the weather. When actually sailing, the staff may modify the itinerary according to changes in wind direction and hydrological conditions. When the sea conditions get worse, the voyage may even be canceled midway. If you cannot accept that the itinerary may change for some reason, please do not participate.

In order to ensure the safe and smooth progress of this event, please follow the instructions of the staff. If you do not listen to dissuasion, in order to avoid accidents, the on-site staff has the right to immediately suspend the event without refund. We will not be responsible for accidents caused by disobedience to advice!

The wind and waves in Mipeng Bay are small, but if you are afraid of seasickness, please bring your own seasickness medicine and take it in advance. Do not stay up late the day before sailing. Keeping a good mental state and a happy and relaxed mood can reduce the possibility of seasickness. Before sailing, you can refer to the explanation of the professional commentator, and you can also avoid the occurrence of seasickness.

Passengers under 6 years old are required to purchase an insurance ticket at the event site (insurance ticket is 50 yuan per person, not including meals). If you are traveling with travelers under the age of 6, please inform them when booking the event and purchase tickets at the event site.

No outside food is allowed on board, please cooperate.
