From September 2026, Cafe at Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui invites guests to savour the all‑new “Taste of Europe” Dinner Buffet, where the culinary team showcases premium ingredients in a continental feast of flavours.

Guests can begin with refined cold selections such as a Cheese platter with honeycomb, Obsiblue prawn tartare, and Pâté en croûte. The chilled seafood station overflowing with Crab legs, Mussels, King prawns and Crawfish, promising ocean-fresh indulgence, while sashimi highlights include Red shrimp, Tuna, Herring, and Salmon, with Sweet scallop sashimi available every weekend.

The carving station has been upgraded to offer a selection of premium Australian beef cuts, including iron steak, flap meat, tomahawk, and rump cap. Hot dishes highlights include Seafood paella, Four cheese pizza, Sausage platter and Roasted beer chicken. At the teppan station, indulge in Seared duck liver with bagels (one piece per guest daily). Savour the theatrical Carbonara tossed in a parmesan wheel from Monday to Thursday, while French blue mussels in white wine will be served every weekend. Cafe’s signature unlimited servings of live poached sustainable Boston lobster remain a highlight, with Grilled lobster available on weekends.

The dessert station completes the culinary journey with exquisite creations including Chocolate hazelnut crunch cake, Jasmine tea strawberry cream cake, Banoffee pie, Grand Marnier cream caramel with mandarin, 70% dark chocolate pot de crème, Pistachio blueberry financier, and à la minute crepes with ice cream, a sweet crescendo to conclude your culinary journey.

• The Café’s culinary team freshly prepares sustainable Japanese-style sashimi and sushi for every guest. Diners can also enjoy chilled seafood such as Vietnamese Prawns, Crayfish, and New Zealand Mussels.
• Other unlimited offerings include seasonal Japanese, Western, Chinese, and Indian cuisine, assorted tempura, grilled delicacies, teppanyaki, and a variety of handcrafted desserts.

Sunday Kids’ Brunch

Every Sunday, spend warm family moments with your children at the Cafe and enjoy a joy-filled Kids' Brunch. The restaurant has prepared a series of fun activities, such as temporary water tattoos and icing cookies decoration workshop, allowing little ones to play to their heart's content. Meanwhile, the kids' buffet area offers a variety of delicious treats, including Margherita pizza, French fries, chicken nuggets, and fried corn dogs, creating an unforgettable weekend filled with childhood fun and delicious flavors.
