- The rental of a motorcycle is calculated based on 24 hours. If you need to return the motorcycle later, please call the motorcycle dealer 3 hours before the original return time. If it exceeds 5 hours, it will be calculated as one day. The overtime fee for consecutive holidays and annual holidays will be determined on site.
- The motorcycle rental fee does not include fuel. The lessee is requested to refill the fuel at the gas station. The regulations on the amount of fuel to be returned will be determined on site.
- If the mileage of the electric vehicle exceeds the upper limit, Gogoro will charge the official commercial rate of $2.5/KM.
- If the rented vehicle has an accident, damage, theft or other incidents, please stay at the scene and report to the police immediately. Do not settle with the other party privately, and immediately notify the rental company to assist in handling, otherwise you will be liable for compensation. In the case of non-accidents, you will also be charged for business losses according to the rates set in the table.
- The rental car storage and non-damage principles should be followed. If the vehicle interior, equipment and body are obviously damaged or destroyed, the operator will seek compensation for those parts. The cost will be based on the quotation from the authorized maintenance shop/original manufacturer.
- Foreign travelers who wish to rent a vehicle must hold an international driver's license valid in the reciprocal country and have a permission stamp in the Category A column.
- Due to the issue of reciprocal certification of international driver's licenses, foreign travelers can only use electric bicycles that do not require a driver's license. Please also note that the law stipulates that electric bicycles that do not require a driver's license are limited to one person.
- Foreigners are requested to indicate the necessary documents and nationality they hold in the order notes in order to arrange car rental, and carry the noted documents with them during their trip so that the car rental company can keep records.
- The ID presented by the lessee must be his/her own. Do not lend the motorcycle to others during the rental period. If other problems and related disputes occur, the rental company will pursue subsequent related responsibilities and compensation against the lessee.

Body Damage Costs
Please adhere to the principle of safekeeping and non-damage of the rental car. If the interior, equipment, and body of the vehicle are obviously damaged or damaged, the operator will claim compensation for the parts. , and need to bear the operating loss, billed according to the table rate.
Holiday Adjustment Fee
Due to the increase of $100/24H due to consecutive holidays, if the pick-up time starts from non-consecutive holidays and the use period includes continuous holidays, if the increased fees have not been paid off, please pay on-site
