- Accommodation at Yingshan Hotel, Wanguo Hotel, Mountaineering Hotel, and Wenshan Hotel can be changed to Alishan Pavilion Hotel, Gaofeng Hotel, and Shenmu Hotel after paying the price difference (no hotel can be specified)
- Children aged 7 and above are charged adult fees (occupying a bed, parking space, and meals)
- Children aged 3-6 years old are charged the child fee (not occupying a bed or parking space, meals included)
- Children aged 0-2 years old are charged the child fee (does not occupy a bed, does not occupy a parking space, and does not include meals)

This itinerary is a semi-self-guided tour package, and there is no tour leader or tour guide to accompany you throughout the journey.
The transportation of this trip is of a shared nature, and it is possible to travel with other passengers.

Due to the limited resources on the mountain, the diet and accommodation are mainly simple and comfortable, please be aware.
After purchase, if the boarding and alighting location is originally Chiayi Railway Station but needs to be temporarily changed to Chiayi High Speed Rail Station, an additional fee of NT$ 100 per person for one way will be charged on site (same price for adults and children).
Alishan Pavilion Hotel currently does not provide breakfast, nor does it provide meals at other times. The supplier will provide 7-11 coupons worth NT$ 100 per person for VIP use. The coupons have no expiration date and store usage restrictions. Hot breakfast is also sold next to Zhushan Railway Station. You can also buy hot breakfast first and eat while waiting for sunrise.
In response to environmental protection policies, all hotels no longer provide disposable room amenities (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, shower caps, razors, cotton swabs, etc.). Please bring your own personal toiletries to reduce the impact on the environment.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
