- Check-in Arrive at HOSHINOYA. Unlike the warmth of the rest of Taiwan, this location offers a refreshing atmosphere with the sound of flowing water. Let yourself be healed by the lush greenery and the beautiful architectural style of the hotel.
- To your room Please relax until your meal. The facility is equipped with a water garden, comfortable benches, a large public bath, and a spa.

●As a general rule, we will not refund the tour price or any other damages or expenses incurred if the tour schedule is changed or canceled due to natural disasters including typhoons, natural disasters, war, riots, etc., or if you are unable to participate due to flight cancellations or delays.
●In order to apply for travel liability insurance of NT$2 million + medical insurance of NT$200,000, and travel accident insurance of NT$2 million + medical insurance of NT$200,000, you will need to fill in the required information (name, date of birth, passport number) when making a reservation.

If you wish to leave the group midway, you must inform the guide in charge on the day and sign a leaving form.

Meals included in the tour will be provided by Hoshino Hotel Guguan. Depending on the season, the menu will be changed to dishes using local ingredients from Guguan.

- Cancellations 22 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 15 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 9 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
