The open-air bath 'Jukai no Yu' is loved by guests as a relaxing space surrounded by trees. Spend a relaxing moment in front of a garden filled with flowers and trees that show various colors throughout the seasons.

This plan includes the famous Oga 'Ishiyaki' (Stone-Grilled) cuisine, a dynamic dish where you can watch the cooking process using stones heated to approximately 800°C right before your eyes.

【Oga's Famous Ishiyaki (Stone-Grilled) Cuisine】
Long ago, fishermen operating wooden boats on the rough shores of Oga would put caught fish, seaweed, and green onions into a bucket filled with water. They would then toss in small stones heated until red-hot by the charcoal in the boat's brazier to boil the soup instantly, adding miso for seasoning as their lunch. To let tourists experience this exceptional fisherman's dish, which is rich in the flavor of fresh seafood, the Oga Hotel in Oga Onsen devised and offered it as a banquet dish around 1963. It is a 'famous Oga dish to be enjoyed with the eyes, ears, and tongue,' born from the hospitality of the people of Oga who want to delight visitors with the dynamic performance of the soup boiling instantly with sound and steam.

【Namahage Taiko】
The 'Oga no Namahage' is a nationally designated Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property and is also registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. 'Namahage Taiko' is a unique local performing art of Oga that blends these Namahage with traditional Japanese taiko drums. In the Oga Onsen area, there are regular performances of this heroic Namahage Taiko. Please come and experience this one-of-a-kind excitement and emotion.
