• The company reserves the absolute right to refuse any luggage that is excessively heavy, long, or large (where the sum of length, width, and height exceeds 120cm), or any other items deemed unsuitable for transport on the bus at the company's absolute discretion; passengers may not object. Regarding excess luggage, the company has the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket, priced at one adult fare for travel to/from Hong Kong city/Tung Chung Citygate.
• Infants and children are included in the passenger count.
