The Chimelong Theater operates on a one-person-one-ticket basis. Everyone entering to watch the Chimelong Show must purchase a ticket. To ensure guest safety and order in the venue, children and infants under 1 meter in height are not recommended to enter. Guests can inform the front desk staff of their situation and present relevant documents at check-in to purchase up to two additional multi-day park tickets at the hotel front desk, and the total number of multi-day tickets purchased cannot exceed four.

Before entering the park, visitors must submit valid identity documents for verification at the entrance. Visitors are requested to maintain a proper distance when visiting the park. At the park entrance, performance venues, amusement facilities and other areas, please queue up, take seats according to the interval signs or accept the on-site arrangements and guidance of the staff.

If the room type you need is sold out, we will directly arrange other room types to avoid additional costs due to price fluctuations.
