ह्यूगा-नाडा

Hyuga-nada is a sea area on the east side of Japan's Miyazaki Prefecture, roughly between Cape Toi in the southern part of Miyazaki Prefecture and Cape Tsurumi in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture. This is an excellent fishing ground where the Kuroshio Current passes, boasting beautiful coastal scenery of both Hyuga-nada and Nichinan Coast.

Along the coast of Hyuga-nada, there are many scenic spots, including magnificent cliffs, long and narrow coastlines, and rich marine ecosystems. Here you can admire the magnificent Pacific Ocean scenery and experience the unique local coastal culture.

The most common way to get to Hyuga-nada is to fly to Miyazaki Airport, then transfer to local buses or rent a car to reach the coastal areas. Transportation networks within and around Miyazaki City are quite convenient.
