隨團導遊沒有解釋很多景區資訊，到點也只是讓遊客自行下車逛而已

這是走馬看花式的行程，導遊和司機安排很好。千萬不要在七月來，天氣非常熱，不能好好體驗旅程。經過這次行程後，布萊斯及錫安值得再花時間探索。

導遊非常盡責的介紹每一個景點 並保持著活力來讓大家忘卻早起的疲憊 行程交代清楚時間掌控流暢也都有適時的顧及大家的需求 最辛苦的地方大概是我練了一整天的英文聽力 總之是個推薦的行程

This was my first solo trip and it was unforgettable! From the ever changing weather to the different rock formations, I have a lot of memories to bring home with me. We had a great tour guide, Sam Zhang, who was very responsive and kind throughout the journey. We had a problem with our bus given the snow and Sam and our Captain Driver handled it well. Despite the long rides to and from sites, it wasn’t too bad and there were enough stopovers. Only downsides were limited dining options which were mostly fast food chains given location of sites and limited time for each site given distance to and from places. Overall, a great experience! Note that there are additional mandatory and optional expenses to prepare cash for, which is indicated on this website too.

實際只有3日行程，由早到晚十分豐富。但體驗十分靠運氣，噴泉時間難遷就，動物出現機率不明，我們驚喜見到極光，但又因山火大煙無法看到雪山。

這次導遊是summer她帶團很清楚，4天行程很充實很精彩，推薦給來美西玩的人

The full trip locations and schedule plan is good as what has been told on the itinerary. However, the tour guide was not as professional. I don’t have a pleasant experience with this tour mainly due to the tour guides. Also, we need to switch buses in the beginning and the end, the process was confusing. The tour guides did not arranged smooth communication with each other. I was expecting to get insights on the locations we are visiting not just an overview of what the tourist guidebook would tell me if I read in advance. There is no precaution announced for people who are staying at Yellowstone park for the night, we were not able to grab any dinner or next day breakfast to eat before entering the park, which we should be expected from experienced tour guide. Not just told us to pay for the gratitude on the second day of the tour and also keep babbling on his past your experiences.
